Workshop about historically informed interpretation of Early Music on wind instruments of the renaissance and baroque periods – sackbut and cornett.
Saturday 17 May 2014 10:00–13:00 & 14:00–17:00 — Dům pánů z Kunštátu (House of the Lords of Kunštát), Dominikánská 9, CZ-60200 Brno.
The workshop is intended for students and young professionals, but it is also open for advanced amateurs with experience in music of the 16. and 17. centuries. Trombone players who do not own a historical instrument have the opportunity during the workshop to learn about and try different types of instruments and mouthpieces. A part of Adam Woolf’s lessons will consist of playing in chamber music ensembles.

Both lecturers perform with the world’s leading early music ensembles.
